PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
SDL series centrifugal pump is non self-priming vertical multistage pamp and with standard motor , motor shaft and purmp shaft are connected directly by coupling . and the fit the shell and low passage compoents on the belween the frame and Inlet & outlet seat by pull rod and nuts . The inlet and outlet are in the same level line at the bottom of the pump. Pump is suitable for low-viscosity, neutral, non-explosive liquids without solid particles or fibers, but cannot be for chemical liquids corrosive to the pump material.

FAQ
1What are typical materials of construction for the vertical multistage pump components, and why is this important?
Materials of construction will vary based on the application and the pumped fluid. Common materials include cast iron and stainless steel. Material selection is critical for ensuring the pump's durability, resistance to corrosion and erosion, especially for aggressive or abrasive materials.
2What is the difference between a single-stage pump and a vertical multistage pump?
Single-stage pumps consist of only one impeller and are used for low to medium pressure applications, while vertical multistage pumps have multiple impellers stacked vertically, which allows them to handle higher pressures and are suitable for high-pressure applications over long distances.
Multistage pumps are more efficient for high-pressure systems as they can increase pressure gradually across each impeller.
3What are the typical design considerations in the integration of a vertical multistage pump into an overall system?
The selection and installation of vertical multistage pumps necessitate careful consideration of system piping, support structures (to accommodate vertical orientation), motor compatibility, and appropriate control systems. Hydraulic system design aspects are also significant for pump.
