PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

TX/TH series self priming sewage pumpsis designed for dispose ultra long fiber impurities, reliable 3inch solids and clear liquids handling. It is similar as Cornell's pumps which can be interchanged with same performance. With excellent self priming fuction and high suction lift, this trash pump is also widely used in irrigation, flood drainage and underground water drainage fields. TX TH series self priming pumps are the upgraded version with more high performance than old JT& JU series.

PRODUCT FEATURES

Outstanding Self Primping Performance

Ultra strong self priming performance enables this pump to be installed above the liquid level. Long drive shaft, hanging bracket and other devices are not required. What it only requires is to put suction pipe into the sewage. In first use, you only need to fill up the pump chamber with liquid to complete initial self priming. Then, the sewage pump can automatically conduct self priming, thus dramatically reducing installation time and maintenance cost.

Easy Maintenance Structure

It is very convenient to remove pump’s cover from its non-drive end, and slides can be easily pulled out for inspection or replacement. It is also easy to access to the centrifugal pump’s impeller, wear ring or mechanical seal for inspection or maintenance without removing diesel engine or pump’s frame since the centrifugal pump’s suction cover can be fully opened.

Solids Handling Impeller

Ductile iron two-blade impeller handles solids up to 3” in diameter. Impeller back vanes reduce the buildup of foreign matter and pressure in the stuffing box.

High-efficiency design,high rpm capacity

TX/TH series has higher efficiency, which can reduce the power and fuel consumption of the corresponding power, and reduce energy consumption; higher speed, can be used in conditions with higher head.

Higher Weight with Same Dimensions

DEFU's pump is heavier with thicker pump casing than other supplier's pump with same dimensions. If the pump casing is litter thin, the pump casing will be rupture and damaged once the pump work with high pressure.

Dry Running with Low Maintenance Design

Special oil lubrication structure allows the pump to run dry. It can also reduce the maintenance cost with split design of bearing and pump casing.
